terms & ConditionS (Vtuber model ART)

By commissioning me [krawark], the artist, you acknowledge and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

What the client will receive upon completion:

A rig-ready .PSD file with layers standardly separated of your model art. File size is around 5000x9000pixel.
A Png file of the model

Additional/ detailed cutting will cost extra and may have to consult your rigger.

Turnaround time: Typically 2-4 months , depending on complexity, the communication, and my workload. Rush order (up to 3 weeks) is available at 2x of the total cost.
Prices are subjected to changes.
Communication will take place through email for better documenting purpose.

I, the artist, reserve the copyright and ownership of the work done. The client will receive the right to use my Live2D model art or design to participate in commercial activities that generate income, such as streaming/video recording.
Clients may not use the Live2D model art or design to take part in NFT/cryptocurrency activities.
Clients may not use my work to engage in any activity that promotes hate or discrimination.
Clients may not resell, transfer or redistribute the Live2D model art to another party.
Clients are not allowed to edit on or modify the model art, which also prohibits the creation or addition of alternative outfits on the model art by the client or another party.
Clients must always credit me [krawark] as the model artist on their Vtuber social platform bio, with the link to my twitter or website.
Client may not post the full-sized file of my work online.
I reserve the right to stream/record the process, post wips and the final work on my social media or include them in my artbook. A 10% privacy fee will apply to keep the process private until debut.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment is accepted through PAYPAL invoice in USD.
Payment is expected to be completed within 2 days once the invoice has been sent, unless agreed upon otherwise. Failure of paying in time may result in cancellation and blacklisting by the artist.
Payment is required upfront, I will only start working until the payment has been made.
No refund/cancellation allowed once I started working on your commission.

Clients must provide all crucial visual and text references before work starts.
Please understand that it may takes up to a week for the artist to respond.
Client is expected to remain communicative during the progress. Should the project fail to meet the expected delivery date due to the client's being non-communicative, the artist will not be responsible for it.
Clients may request changes during the sketch stage as long as they are reasonable (example of what I consider not reasonable: changing the entire design from your initial request)
After the approval of the sketch, minor changes are allowed, but any major changes requested is subjected to a revision fee.
The commission is considered closed after approval of the final work. Edit requested after the completion of the model will have additional cost. Additions or new elements to your model requested after this will be considered a new/separate commission request.
