COMMISSION Rules/TOS
Pricing and payment
All prices listed are meant for personal use. For business and commercial pricing, please refer to bottom of this page for more details. Please note that streaming assets are considered as light commercial usage.
Complicated designs and additional props such as weapons, armor, plushies, wings, are subjected to extra charges.
Payment must be sent through PAYPAL in USD only.
Full payment in advance. No refunds allowed.
I may cancel your reservation if payment is not received within 24 hours upon confirmation.
I do not accept private commission unless it's a commercial project.
Wips and revisions. Please expect no sketch and wips will be given in the process, unless I specifically suggest it on my end. I will only accept minor edits/adjustments, so please only commission if you have enough faith in me. Drastic changes after the commission is done will result in additional charges. No edits fee will be charged if I, the artist, make any error that was clearly provided in the visual reference.
What you will receive: A high-reso.png of the final product of the pre-specified canvas size. PSD file can be given upon request, however, it will still be in the form of a single/merged layer.
Regarding delivery turnaround: Commission can take up to 7 months to compete. You'll be notified if there are unexpected circumstances. Rush commissions may be negotiated with additional charges.
Commercial Pricing
• Light commercial pricing will be 1.2x to 2x the price of personal commissions, depending of the level of usage. Light commerical pricing applies when clients use the artwork for indirect promotional purpose such as: streaming overlays, panels, schedules, websites icon, stream avatars etc. Reproducing and selling the artwork from this tier is prohibited.
• Full commercial commissions will be at least 2x the price of personal commissions. Pricing will depend on the complexity of the commission timing, and the scale of usage. Please email your inquires to krawark13@gmail.com for details.
A general idea of, but not limited to what I will and will not draw for commissions:
✔Will draw:
Humanoids
Original Characters
Light violence/ gore
✘ Will not draw:
Copyrighted characters from franchises (unless you are the copyright owner)
Ferals, mecha
Characters without clear visual references
Overly complicated design
NSFW unless I specifically open commission of that nature
Hateful, offensive content of any sort
Anything that request me to heavily reference/copy/imitate others' creations.
I will decline your commission request if I don't feel comfortable or competent fulfilling your request.
I will only draw what is presented on the reference. Ex. I will not redesign the outfit of your character.
Please expect the level of completion/art quality of the final product to match the specific commission samples shown, do not reference my personal art for the quality. It would not be reasonable to expect the outcome to be something that's not shown on the samples.
I work best when given artistic freedom. I may play around with tones and palette heavily so colors may be way off from the original. I do not like to color-drop, You might want to reconsider if you're looking for absolute accuracy.
